FAQ
-
Where do you do therapy?
My home office in Flagstaff, Arizona. Currently I offer telehealth only (video sessions) and I can meet with anyone in Utah or Arizona.
-
What is my copay?
You can find your copay by calling the number on the back of your insurance card, or input your information here for a copay estimate.
-
Can I pay out of pocket?
Yep! Out of pocket (or bishop pay) is $165 per 53 minute session. You may use an HSA card. If you have insurance but I am out of your network, you can download superbills (basically receipts) that you may submit to your insurance. Some insurances provide reimbursement or will apply your payments to your deductible.
-
When are you available?
I work Tuesday to Friday, 9-5 MST. Sometimes there is a time difference with Utah since AZ doesn’t observe Daylight Savings. You can see my current availability here!
-
Do you offer EMDR?
Yes! I am EMDR trained and use it almost every day. I also offer EMDR intensives for those who prefer to several 3-hour intensive sessions to weekly spread out sessions.
-
Should I be nervous for trauma therapy?
No! Trauma therapy can be challenging at times but it can also be incredibly freeing- and you will be in control the whole time. I will always listen to what you want and walk you through the difficult parts of the process. You always have the right to say no or switch directions.
