Free Consult

Submit your information and I’ll reach out to schedule a free 15-minute phone consult with you! We can discuss your goals, therapeutic approach, and determine if we are a good fit.

Insurance pay

Enter your insurance information, see if you are covered, and get a cost estimate. If you are ready to get started, find an appointment time that works for you. 

Self-Pay

Self-pay sessions are $165 each. Submit your contact information below and I will reach out to you with available openings. Select this option if you are using clergy/bishop pay.
